Use this form to pre-register for the Alvin Rotary Foundation Novemberfest Car and Bike Show. This application will be sent via email to the Alvin Rotary Foundation. The entry fee for pre-registered vehicles is $20 vs $25 for entry on the day of the show. Be sure to mail your $20 entry fee to:
