Arts and Crafts Show

There will be more than 100 10' x 10' booths available for exhibitors to rent. Booths rent for $35. Electricity is not available. We encourage your participation as an exhibitor and ask that you complete the application and execute the Lease Agreement. Return the application and signed lease along with your check, made payable to Alvin Rotary Club to the address below. No confirmation will be sent. Your cancelled check is your receipt. There is no rain date.

Location: National Oak Park, 211 South Gordon St, Alvin, Texas
Setup: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM

Arrive early, and enter from Gordon Street (Business 35). Because of the parade, many streets will be blocked off and the exhibit area will be congested. Sponsors will be wearing Alvin Rotary Club shirts. Give your name to the attendant in exchange for your booth number. After merchandise has been unloaded, all vendors must move their vehicles off the premises. Parking is limited, and vendors may not park in the library parking lot.

Rules:

  1. Vendors may only sell items listed on the application
  2. All tables, tents, covers, easels, signage, etc. must be provided by vendors.
  3. Only food items in sealed containers may be sold (jams, jellies, salsa, etc). No beverage items may be sold except for dry packaged items.
  4. Raffle tickets may NOT be sold.
  5. Walkways and aisles must be kept clear. Booths must be attended at all times.
  6. Booths must stay open for the duration of the Festival.
  7. No fireworks of any type will be allowed.
Any flagrant violation of these rules will result in the booth closure and forfeiture of booth fee.
