Alvin Rotary Hall
The Alvin Rotary Park Foundation has just completed a $25,000 renovation of the park. Most of the
money was spent on improvements to Alvin Rotary Hall. The facility received a major outside facelift
as well as new ceiling and wall paint inside. In addition, two new air conditioning units were added
making the hall very comfortable during the summer months.
The air-conditioned 6,600 sq ft Alvin Rotary Park Hall features two serving
areas and enough tables and chairs to accommodate 185 guests. Tables and chairs can be arranged
in a variety of configurations that permit open areas for dancing or group gatherings.
The central focal point of the hall is this large stone masonry fireplace surrounded
by solid wood plank walls. The fireplace makes an excellent backdrop for a variety of events and
gives the whole room a warm cozy feeling.
The main area of the hall can be configured in a variety of ways depending on your specific
needs. Shown here is one configuration which allows for the serving of dinner to a large number of guests.
