Alvin Rotary Park offers an ideal setting for a variety of functions. Here are some of the activities
the park has accommodated in the past:

Weddings |
| | A beautiful setting for weddings year round. Air conditioned for the summer and a
beautiful wood burning fireplace for fall or winter weddings. The 20' rock fireplace
is a wonderful focal point for any event held here. Tables and chairs for 185 people
as well as serving areas complete with freezer, refrigerator and microwave are available.
Lattice backdrops are available as well as carpeted risers that compose a 8'x16' area.

Birthday Parties |

Company Parties |
| | This secluded park area is perfect for company picnics or sales meetings year round.
The covered bar-b-que area is perfect for cooking for hundreds or provide an outside
caterer a complete facility for cooking and serving large numbers. Plenty of parking is
available as well as outside restroom facilities.

Special Events |
| | A perfect place for Day Camps with the bayou and a nature friendly atmosphere.
The park area is composed of 12 acres of beautiful moss covered oaks as well as an
adjacent 26 acres of untouched wooded nature trails perfect for bird watching and nature
adventures. Since Brazoria County has more species of birds than any other county in Texas,
this may be the perfect place to find exceptional species.

Concerts |
| | A penisula area composed of approximately four acres backed by Chocolate Bayou
is a perfect place for a concert or bon fire. Alvin High School held their homecoming
bonfire here last year and it was an ideal setting both safe and secure.

Class Reunions |
| | Lots of class reunions have been held at the Alvin Rotary Park facility. Everyone
knows where the park is no matter how long they've been away from the area. Since the
park can be rented by areas, a picnic can be held or a bar-b-que.
If the entire event is held at the park, every facility can be rented to the same group.

| | Area famililes like the convenience of having their reunions at a neutral place so clean
up is quick and easy and there is plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to visit.
